Delivery & Shipping
We ship fresh truffles from Bulgaria to EU addresses using tracked express couriers and insulated packaging.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the EU member states listed at checkout (currently the EU-27 countries Stripe can collect an address for). Enter your address at checkout to confirm we can ship to you. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or outside Europe — perishable food cannot reliably travel those routes in 24–48 hours.
Dispatch days
To protect freshness we select and dispatch Monday to Wednesday. Typical transit is 24–48 hours depending on destination.
Packaging
Orders leave in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with rice or absorbent paper to manage humidity — the method professional kitchens use.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from destination and weight. Orders over €250 ship free within the EU. The amount shown at checkout before you pay is the amount you will be charged.
Tracking and risk
You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.
